A large Flamminian Ware vase designed by William Moorcroft for Liberty. Decorated with three tube lined roundels in the form of heart shaped art nouveau leaves and finished with a fine rippled red glaze. In excellent condition - no chips, cracks or restoration. Rare to find these pieces in such good order. An elegant shape which shows the design to great effect. Incised W. Moorcroft signature and faintly printed MADE FOR LIBERTY & CO. Height 19.5cm (7.7in)
