A lovely Royal Winton 'Somerset' chintz trio with a Hastings cup - a classic art deco shape with angular handle. All three pieces in excellent condition; no chips, cracks or restoration. Some natural crazing to the plate, but nothing to detract from this fine set. Vibrant colours with sprays of delphiniums and bright green leaves set against a creamy yellow ground. Hand painted blue enamel trim. Early circular 'Royal Winton, Grimwades' marks in blue. Diameter of saucer 14.5cm (5.7in)
