An early Wedgwood majolica plate with a colourful 'Renaissance' style border of daisies and a mottled cobalt blue 'tortoiseshell' central panel. In great condition; no chips, cracks or restoration and only slight age wear to the centre. Displays beautifully. Impressed 'Wedgwood' and date code for 1864. Diameter 20.9cm (8.25in)
