Unusual 19th Century Staffordshire Pottery Cottage Moneybox c1870

Usually in the form of pastille burners, this is a rare survivor as most would have been smashed to get at the contents when full. In excellent order with no paint loss or restoration and no chips or cracks. Boldly painted in greens and oranges, with garlands of 'mossware' around the gables. Height 12cm (4.75in)
