A rare Gray's Pottery child's mug hand painted with a colourful rooster design by Susie Cooper. This range of nursery ware was made to order with the child's name incorporated into the design - in this case 'Lucy' painted in green. In excellent condition - no chips, cracks or restoration and showing little sign of wear. A real gem and nice to find in such good order. Printed Designed by Susie Cooper Gray's Pottery Liner mark with painted pattern number 7905. Height 6.5cm (2.5in)
