A lovely early Royal Doulton Coaching Days rocket jug showing the coach being harnessed and an attendant bringing up a pair of horses (yellow coach version). Designed by the illustrator Victor Venner (fl.1904-24). Bone china series number E3804. A rare shape to find and in excellent condition. Royal Doulton mark and painted pattern number. Height 16cm (6.25in)
