Superb Rare Royal Doulton 'Pansies' Series Art Deco Octagon Jug D4049 c1928

The Royal Doulton Pansies Series was in production from 1917 to 1930. This stunning octagon shape jug is beautifully painted in the richest of colours and is in excellent condition with no chips, cracks, repairs or crazing (most of this series seems to be crazed - very rare to find in this 'clean' condition). Full Royal Doulton mark in red with registration no. 597783 and painted pattern no. D4049 and impressed size '30'. Height including spout 12.75cm (5in)
