A lovely wall plaque from Maling in the earliest of their 'Anemone' patterns on a rose pink 'thumbprint' background. A striking design of hand painted blue, purple and deep magenta anemones with green leaves and smaller sprays of yellow and blue forget-me-nots. In excellent condition, with some age wear to the gilding (usual on these pieces), but no chips, cracks or restoration. Printed Maling mark. Diameter 28.5cm (11.25in)
