A vibrant art deco Oban vase by Royal Winton; an unusual squat gourd shape with twin looped handles. A large dragonfly hovers over stylised flowers and leaves, with all the detail picked out in blue, green, purple and pink enamels lined with gilding. A striking item in great condition - some natural age related crazing typical of these wares, but nothing to detract from the lovely display value of this rare piece. Circular Royal Winton, Grimwades mark in blue. Height 13cm (5.12in), width 19cm (7.5in)
