A lovely quality Doulton cabinet plate with a spray of flow blue poppies and grasses enhanced with best gold and framed by a scrolled and pierced rim with profuse hand enamelled white flowers and gold leaves. A striking design and in excellent condition - no chips, cracks or restoration and little sign of wear. Rare to find, especially in such good order. Printed Doulton Burslem and painted decorator's marks. Diameter 23cm (9in)
