Superb Copeland and Garrett, late Spode 'British Flowers' Feeding Cup c1835 (Sold)

A lovely feeding cup in Spode's very pretty 'British Flowers' pattern introduced c1820. Beautifully patterned on the top, around the body, the inside rim, around the end of the spout and along the line of the handle. A fine example in exceptional condition; no chips, cracks or restoration. Very rare to find in such good order as they were so prone to damage. Printed 'Copeland and Garrett, late Spode' in underglaze blue. Overall length with spout 13.5cm (5.3in)
