A rare Clarice Cliff sandwich set, as so many of them are split up and sold as individual items. Bright 'Sungay' colours, beautifully painted on the much sought after octagonal shape. All seven pieces in excellent condition; no chips, cracks or restoration and showing little sign of wear or scratching. Rare to find in such good order and looks stunning on display. Lithograph signature 'SUNGAY, Bizarre by Clarice Cliff' on all pieces and plates with impressed date for 1932. Sandwich tray length 29.25cm (11.5in), plate width 14.6cm (5.75in)
