(Sold) Shelley 'Bubbles' Bute Shape Cream Jug c1925

A lovely Shelley 'Bubbles' Bute shape cream jug in pink, blue and yellow. In excellent condition - no chips, cracks or restoration and showing little sign of wear or use. Only point to mention is a slight manufacturing glaze flaw on one of the pink bubbles, barely noticed (see image 4). A rare shape to find, especially in such good order. Early Shelley mark with painted pattern number 11183 (for Bubbles on the Bute shape) and Registration No.681788. Height 9.5cm (3.75in)
