Small Shelley Mabel Lucie Attwell 'Boo Boo' Mushroom House Teapot c1928 (Sold)

A lovely Mabel Lucie Attwell child's teapot modelled as a mushroom house with a boo boo standing in the doorway. Hand enamelled in green and orange, it's in excellent condition; no chips, cracks or restoration and showing little signs of wear. Difficult to find in such good order - a real gem. Signed 'Mabel Lucie Attwell' with 'Shelley, England' and Registration No. 724421 backstamps. The smaller of two sizes. Length from handle to spout 15.2cm (6in), height 11cm (4.3in)
