A superb Shorter 'Medina' gourd shaped vase designed by Mabel Leigh. Sgraffito flowers hand enamelled in yellow, red and mauve on a pale blue washed ground. A lovely example of Period Pottery and quite a rare shape that shows the design to full effect. In excellent condition; no chips, cracks or restoration. Oval Shorter & Son Ltd. backstamp.
