Shelley Queen Anne 'Fruit against a black diamond' Pattern 11505 Jug c1926

A lovely Queen Anne milk jug (tea set size) decorated with an early design of fruit against a black diamond with sprays of leaves and berries. Printed in black with the detail hand enamelled in red, yellow, blue, purple and green. In excellent condition - no chips, cracks or restoration. A good 'ring' to it and little sign of wear. Green Shelley mark with shape registration number and painted pattern number 11505. Width handle to spout 13.5cm (5.25in), height 8cm (3.1in)
