A rare Bough Pottery quaich by Richard Amour, brother of Glasgow School graduate Elizabeth Amour who founded the Edinburgh based studio in 1913. The inside wash banded in pale yellow, bright green lugs and the outside with an overlapping cloud design in green on a lovely rich crimson ground. In great condition - no chips, cracks or restoration. Painted Bough with initials RA. Overall width 14.75cm (5.8in), diameter 11.75cm (4.6in)
