Royal Winton 'Anemone' Hand Painted Chintz Art Deco Wall Pocket c1935

A superb Royal Winton 'Paula' shape wall pocket. A fantastic art deco shape finely printed in green with small white daisies and larger anemones on a green background. The flowers then hand enamelled in yellow, pink and blue. In good overall condition with only a small half inch hairline on the rim (stable and only noticed on the inside - see image 5). Still a rare and very usable item that displays beautifully. Printed circular Royal Winton, Grimwades backstamp with "Anemone" Hand Painted and impressed shape PAULA. Overall height 23.5cm (9.25in)
