A lovely Royal Doulton rectangular 7979 shape dish (called a 'slice tray' in the shape books) from the Under the Greenwood Tree (Robin Hood) series showing the scene 'Robin Hood, the king of the archers'. In excellent condition; no chips, cracks, crazing or restoration. Displays beautifully. Marked 'Under the Greenwood Tree, Royal Doulton' and D6341 pattern number. Overall width 23cm (9.1in)
