A superb Royal Doulton tankard from Under the Greenwood Tree (Robin Hood) series, with 'Alan a Dale' on the front and 'Life in the Forest of Sherwood' to the reverse. Robin Hood is sitting under a tree watching his merry men practising their archery skills. In excellent condition; no chips, cracks or restoration. Displays beautifully. 'Under the Greenwood Tree' and 'Royal Doulton' marks with series number D6341. Height 12.2cm (4.75in)
