A fine Royal Doulton series ware 'Springtime' nursery plate with a lovely art nouveau design of young girls celebrating the advent of spring with a Mayday procession of song and dance. First introduced in 1909 and then sporadically until 1932, it's a rare series to find, especially in such good condition. No chips, cracks or restoration. Printed Royal Doulton marks.
