A lovely Royal Doulton octagon shape 'Pansies' sugar bowl, beautifully painted with good colours. In excellent condition - no chips, cracks or restoration and showing little sign of wear. Some mild age related crazing often the case with these wares, really only noticed on close inspection (more pronounced in the photos) and nothing to detract from the look of this fine item. Rare to find, especially in such good order. Royal Doulton backstamp with registration number 597783 and painted series number D4049. Width 13cm (5.1in)
