A small teaplate size Royal Doulton rack plate depicting tightening the harness with goose and hare hanging from the coach rear (yellow coach version). Designed by the illustrator Victor Venner (fl.1904-24). Bone china series number E3804. An unusual size and in excellent condition. Lion, crown and circle mark and impressed date for 1927. Diameter 16.5cm (6.5in)
