A lovely 'Waratah E' series ware plate, the series produced briefly between 1932 and 1938. Block printed with vivid cerise and pink flowers framed by a border of leaves on a pale green ground. In excellent condition; no chips, cracks or restoration. Rare to find, especially in such good order. Printed Royal Doulton mark with series number D5207 and date impressed for June 1934. Diameter 25.75cm (10.1in)
