A lovely Intarsio square planter or bulb bowl with original ceramic liner. A delightful Frederick Rhead design, each side decorated with brightly enamelled geese, roosters, hens and chicks. In excellent condition - no chips, cracks or restoration and showing little sign of wear. A rare item to find, especially complete and in such good order. Printed Wileman "Intarsio" mark with design number 3288 and registration number 365797. Width 12.75cm (5in), height 9cm (3.5in)
