A superb Royal Winton 'Eleanor' Dane shape cheese dish and cover in excellent condition. Many old cheese and butter dishes have underglaze staining, but this one is very clean. In great condition; no chips, cracks or restoration. A fine example; rare to find, especially in such good order. 'Royal Winton, Grimwades' mark. Length of base 16cm (6.3in)
