A superb dished soup plate printed in dark blue with the rare 'Beehive and Vases' pattern attributed to Stevenson and Williams. The central panel features a beehive or skep with bees and flowers; the wide border of flowers, scrolls and vases extending to this. In excellent condition with no chips, cracks or restoration. Minor old frit to the foot rim and a few barely noticeable surface scratches. Mentioned for accuracy really as it's still a beautiful display item. Diameter 25.25cm (10in)
