Rare Shorter & Son 'Big Bad Wolf' Art Deco Jug c1930

A very rare hand painted Shorter 'Three Little Pigs and the Big Bad Wolf' jug. Embossed with the story, the wolf forming the handle. In great condition, although there is a small factory rim split (0.25cm) near the spout, done at the time of production and perfectly stable. Acceptable on such a rarity. Impressed mark 'Shorter and Son, England'. Height 19.75cm (7.75in)
