A fine Shelley 'Melody' chintz chamberstick with green trim - referenced in the Shelley records as a candlestick in three sizes, this one being the medium. In excellent condition - no chips, cracks or restoration. A rare shape to find, especially in such good order. Green 'Shelley, England' and 'Melody' backstamps. Diameter of base 11.5cm (4.5in)
