Rare Royal Doulton 'Skating' Series D2789 Jug c1910

A lovely small Breda shape jug depicting several characters from the early series 'Skating' introduced in 1907. Featured are a couple skating, a boy adjusting his skate, man drinking from a hip flask and a skater about to fall with two men watching and laughing. In excellent condition - no chips, cracks or restoration. Rare to find, especially in such good order. Printed Royal Doulton, England mark and painted series number D2789. Height 7cm (2.75in)
