A lovely miniature jug featuring one of the six Christmas Santa Claus themes from this early series (1904-1914). Shows Santa with his arms full of toys and balloons with a seasonal quote on the reverse 'Tobacco and a good coal fire, Are things this season doth require'. Border of bells around the rim. In excellent condition; no chips , cracks or restoration. A rare item to find, especially in such good order. Printed Royal Doulton mark in green. Height 4.9cm (1.9in)
