A fine miniature jug featuring one of the six Christmas Santa Claus themes from this early series (1904-1914). Shows Santa on his sleigh drawn by reindeer with a seasonal quote on the reverse 'Tobacco and a good coal fire, Are things this season doth require'. Border of bells around the rim. In excellent condition; no chips , cracks or restoration. Rare to find, especially in such good order. Printed Royal Doulton mark in green. Height 4.9cm (1.9in)
