A lovely little pearlware teapot printed in medium blue with a castle and landscape featuring a seated boy and his dog. In good antique condition, with a couple of chips and a small 'bruise inside the lid, a chip to the foot rim and a slight frit to the end of the spout. None of this is major and isn't seen on display. Rare to find these early pieces without major damage or restoration. Unmarked. Length handle to spout 17cm (6.7in)
