A fine Grimwade's Bruce Bairnsfather jug depicting two of his World War One 'Old Bill' cartoons with 'Where did that one go to?' to the front and 'If you knows of a better 'ole, go to it' on the reverse. Printed in sepia with B. B. Belgium 1915 signature. In excellent condition; no chips, cracks or restoration. Printed 'A Memento of the Great War, Commenced Aug 4th 1914; Armistice Nov 11th 1918; Peace Signed June 28th 1919'.
