A lovely 'Lakeland' double dish (called a 'twin tray' in the Winton shape books). The moulded foreground flowers painted in vibrant pinks and yellows and the distant landscape in lovely shades of cream and purple. The detail is incredible and the whole scene is framed by the central spreading tree. In excellent condition; no chips, cracks or restoration. A real gem and rare to find especially in such good order. Blue circular 'Royal Winton, Grimwades' mark with 'Registration applied for' in green. Length 23.25cm (9.25in)
