Rare Grimwades Royal Winton 'Lakeland' Art Deco Hot Water Jug c1936

A superb 1930s Lakeland hot water jug by Royal Winton. Hand painted in lovely enamelled colours of green, blue, mauve and rose pink. Trees and flowers in the foreground frame a lake and mountains in the distance, creating a stunning effect. Complete with Royal Winton patented sliding lid. In excellent condition - no chips, cracks or restoration. Some mild age related crazing associated with these wares, but nothing to detract from the display value of this rare and outstanding item.
