Rare Grimwades Royal Winton 'Garden Terrace' Art Deco Wall Plaque or Charger c1937

A superb charger by Royal Winton with an embossed garden scene in the much sought after 'Terrace' range. Hand painted flowers extend upwards from the base in lovely enamelled colours of blue, mauve, rose, orange and yellow. Garden steps and a terrace are framed by shrubs and a central tree, creating a stunning effect. In great condition, showing little sign of wear and no damage or restoration. Usual age related crazing to the reverse, but nothing to detract from this beautiful item. Pierced foot rim for hanging. Early art deco circular Royal Winton, Grimwades mark. Diameter 29.75cm (11.7in)
