An unusual wall plaque produced by Gray's around 1932 and beautifully painted with art deco flowers in shades of mauve and pink on a speckled blue background. A design probably by Sam Talbot in a style developed by Susie Cooper. The top is moulded with flowers and pierced for hanging. In excellent condition; no chips, cracks or restoration. Gray's Pottery, Stoke-on-Trent 'clipper' mark. Height 26.5cm (10.4in)
