A lovely Clarice Cliff large fluted salad dish, the handle formed as four Clematis Montana flowers and leaves, hand painted in shades of pink and green. The colours work well against the cream honey glaze. With original matching servers, their handles beautifully painted with flower buds. In excellent condition; no chips, cracks or restoration. Some mild crazing to the dish, though nothing to detract. Rare to find complete, especially in such good order. Printed 'Royal Staffordshire Ceramics by Clarice Cliff' mark. Width of dish 27.25cm (10.75in)
