One of the rarer Clarice Cliff landscapes (produced briefly in 1931), this small cauldron has the full orange 'Mountain' design. Boldly outlined in black, it features a mountainous landscape with a small orange roofed cottage and distinctive stylised tree. The detail has been beautifully adapted to the shape, making it a great example of this iconic art deco pattern. In excellent condition; no chips, cracks or restoration and no flaking or scratches. A real little gem. Bizarre by Clarice Cliff, Newport Pottery mark. Width with handles 9.5cm (3.75in), height 7.25cm (2.85in)
