A lovely cottage ware butter dish, finely modelled and hand painted with green climbers and brightly coloured hollyhocks. A fine example in excellent condition - no chips, cracks or restoration and showing little sign of wear. Rare to find, especially in such good order. Carlton Ware script mark and registration number 762479.
