A lovely Poole Pottery preserve pot (shape 288) decorated in the V or 'Leo the Lion' pattern designed by Truda (Adams) Carter and beautifully painted by Myrtle Bond. In excellent condition; no chips, cracks or restoration. Rare to find these items in such good order. Impressed POOLE ENGLAND, incised shape 288, painted pattern reference V and decorator's mark for Myrtle Bond. Height 10cm (3.95in)
