A beautiful little Pilkington's lustre bowl with a band of stylised art nouveau flowers and leaves on a dark lustre ground. Challenging to photograph because of the many colours in different lights - ochre, green, amber, red and blue combine to create fantastic depth to the metallic sheen of the glaze. Impressed Pilkington's monogram with date for 1912* and artist's mark 'B' for Annie Burton** Diameter 12.75cm (5in)
