Pansies

A much sought after and relatively rare series introduced around 1917 and continued to the early 1930s. A finely printed maroon outline has delicately hand coloured flowers against a deep blue ground with smart black borders and trim. Produced mainly as tableware, but rare toilet sets (Lowther and Octagon shapes) and some vases are known.
