A lovely Secessionist plate finely embossed with stylised tassels of love-lies-bleeding. Hand painted in shades of green, orange and yellow on a cream ground. In good antique condition; no chips, cracks or restoration. Some age related crazing, typical of these soft glazed wares, though nothing to detract from the display value of this rare little item. Impressed MINTONS with date code for 1904 and painted design number. Diameter 13cm (5.1in)
