A beautiful little bone china vase and cover delicately hand painted with four panels of pink roses on a deep cobalt blue ground. Each panel is separated by raised and tooled gilding, with gold jewelling around the foot and rim. An elegant shape with two little gold handles and original cover. A super item from the period when Minton excelled at producing high quality wares for stores like Harrods and Tiffany. In excellent condition - no chips, cracks or restoration and no sign of wear to the gilding. Rare to find, especially in such good order. Printed Mintons England crown, globe and wreath mark with painted decorator's initials. Height 14cm (5.5in)
