A lovely Maling embossed 'Godetia' ginger jar and cover, hand painted with yellow, blue, mauve and purple flowers on a pink waved and white mother-of-pearl lustre background. Fine bright colours and in excellent condition - no chips, cracks or restoration and showing little sign of wear. Nice to find in such good order. Printed Maling mark and painted pattern number 6552. Height 17cm (6.7in)
