A lovely Maling wall plate with embossed hand painted decoration of a windmill on a dramatic deep cobalt blue ground. A classic art deco piece in good condition; no chips, cracks or restoration. Fine age related crazing noticed more on the reverse, typical of these wares and nothing to detract. Printed Maling mark. Diameter 28.5cm (11.25in)
