Lovely Wedgwood Majolica Aesthetic Movement 'Chrysanthemum' Comport c1883

A fine Wedgwood majolica Argenta Ware low comport or tazza in the Aesthetic Movement style. Creamy white ground with red, violet and yellow chrysanthemums radiating in panels from the centre. Crisp moulding and good glazes. In excellent condition - no chips, cracks or restoration. A classic Wedgwood design. Impressed 'WEDGWOOD', date code for 1883 and painted pattern number 3271.
