A fine indented plate from Spode's rare Botanical series printed in medium blue with double narcissi on a line engraved ground which creates a soft blue effect, delicately emphasizing the white of the flowers. The floral border is on a stippled ground and the outer rim has intertwined bands. A superb item in excellent condition, showing little sign of wear. Printed and impressed 'Spode'. Diameter 24.75cm (9.75in)
